Action Only

In much of rooms of chart, with regard to a bet very included/understood, only one full bet is considered a legitimate bet, in terms of if this constitutes one to increase which can raised Re-being. Something less than one full bet is considered action only, C. - with-D., other players can call such a bet but not raise it. For example, Chloe bets $10. calls of Henry. John will seek all insides $14. When the bet returns in Chloe, it is authorized to call only the $4 additional ones; the same applies to John. See the discussion with the full bet.
