Cold Deck

Platform of charts which a fraud fixed. Platform, probably with hands preset in it (usually with several good hands, best of which will go to the retailer or to his confederated) the, surreptitious one replaced by a fraud the platform he is supposed to be occupied. Supposedly because, after charts are occupied for during some time, they heat a little with the contact, whereas a cold platform feels really fresh.
