Split Two Pair

A hand of two pairs in which of each one of your charts the 'ranks appears on the council as well. Example: you have T9, collapse is T-9-5, you have a slit two pairs. It is compared to two pairs where there are pairs on the council. Example: you have T9, collapse has 9-5-5 years.
